1. Sanction to the repayment of funds provided by the Bengal and North-Western Railway company for Capital expenditure on its own illness over and above pound 433.333 specially excepted in the supplementary contract of 1919 in case no special stock is issued by the company during the currency of this contract. 2. Decision that the expenditure on the Tirhut Railway should be refunded to the Secretary of State if he so desires out of the proceeds of the first issue of Special Stock. 3. Interest on advances by Secretary of State for capital expenditure on Tirhut Railway raised to 6 per cent. per annum.
