Question of surrender for trial in British India of offenders arrested by the Kalat state, for complicity in the dacoity committed in the Dadu District of Sind. Decision that no formal demand for extradition should be made and that the offenders should be tried by Joint Jirga under the existing procedure to be held in the Dadu District of Sind and that any persons convicted will serve their sentences in British Indian Jails.
