Decision that the question of extending the privilege of sending Clear-the-line telegrams enjoyed by the Ruling Princes under the late F.& P. Dept. Resolution No. 242-I dated the 6th December 1923 should be held in abeyance during the period of war. The Privilege to Clear-the-line for telegrams does not extend to Clear-the-line for telephone calls.
