Dhrangadhra Salt Case. Proposal to revert to 1900 Agreement with enhanced yearly compensation & provision for the Chemical Works in Dhrangadhra to function with only such restrictions as might be required for the protection of British Indian revenues. Decision that no concessions in this respect, other than those included in the 1931 Agreement & the subsequent agreement permitting export of salt by Rail to Nepal, Bengal, Bihar and Orissa can be granted to the Darbar.
