Orders that in the event of death of an officer who has been granted an advance for the purchase of a motor car or motor boat before repayment of the loan, the heirs, executours or administrators of the deceased shall pay to Government the amount of the loan or such part as shall then remain unpaid or in lieu of such payment, hand over and assign the said motor car or motor boat to Government.
