Conference of Principles of Engineering College held at Simla on 25/28th July 1921 in respect of : - (1) Extension of the college course including project course to four years. (2) Uniform standard of education required for students entering Engineering colleges. (3) Limit of age for admission to colleges to be abolished and Age limit for admission to Indian or Provincial Services to be adhered to.
