Suggestion made by H.E. Lt. Col. D.S.Bedi, H.C. for India in Australia that he may be accredited to New Zealand as Minister-Reply that the jurisdiction of the australia H.C. need not be extended to New Zealand until New Zealand took the Initiative, that if any problem arose concerning New Zealand the agency of the H.C. could be utilised taking up the matter infromally with the New Zealand H.C. in Australia
