Royal Commision on labour Railway asked to furnish a statement showing the actual basic on which the scales of pay of 1920 were revsied and the percetage of increase granted to the saff since 1st August 1914 Similar to the statement submitted by the N.W Railway at page 306-7 of railway Baords Memorandum for the Royal commisioner on labour.
