Promotion to Class II posts on Railways - Eligibility of stenographers - Instructions to Railways issued that stenographers in receipt of Rs. 335/- and above in grade Rs. 210-425(AS) will be eligible for consideration for promotion to such class II posts to which stenographers in Rs. 260-350(P) were previously eligible.
