Failure of the Bonded warehouse system in the districts of Jubbulpore Hoshangabad and Bhandara in the Central Provinces, and the temporary reversion to the system for the manufacture and vend of country liquor which prevailed in those districts before the introduction of the Bonded warehouse system. Suggestion for the adoption in the Central Provinces of the Madras Contract distillery system.
