Proposal for the permanent development of the Raj Samand Sea-Plane Station. Decision tha tin view of the uncertainty of Water supply of Raj Samand coupled with the existing arrangements for stringe economy the further development of the Raj Samand should not be proceed with at any rate for the time being. Arrangements made with the Baroda Govt. for the use of the Sivaji Sarower at Baroda in the event of the water level at Raj Samand falling temporarily to an unusual level.
