Central Rly decision that the non running staff such as engine cleaners, Khalasis, who are qualified for runing duties, when travelling as passengers before and after relievbing running staff i.e. second fireman on rjoad jor when they are kept waiting in shed to work a train as second firemen in emergencies should be paid the pay and allowances as admissible for running staff.
