Orders on the Statement of Excess Expenditure in Bengal for the year 1890-91. Ruling that in lieu of the foot-note in Paragraph I of Financial Resolution No. 2855 dated 8th July 1891 each Accountant General and comptroller shall in future submit annually a separate statement in the given form whether there has been any excess expenditure in the Province or not.
