Orders on a case of opium smuggling in which one Rasik Chandra Adhikari was convicted of illicit possession and import of 24 seers of Patna opium said to have been purchased from the French farmer at Chandernagpore for the purpose of being smuggled into Chittagong, and question of the modification of clause III of the Opium Convention with the French authorities when next renewed in 1904.
