Confirmation of the orders passed by the Auditor-General as regards communal recruitment in the Audit and Accounts Department and decision that the supplementary instructions issued with the Home Deptt. O.M. No. F14/6/34-Ests(S), dated the 27th April 1935, in so far as they conflict with the Auditor-General`s orders, should not apply to the Audit & Accounts Department.
