Secretary of State`s sanction to the abolition as a temporary measure, of the transfer of the preparation and issue of anti-rabic vaccine to the Central Reserch Institute, Kasauli, and to reserve the post of the Director of the Malaria Institute of India for the I.M.S. (Civil) on the Institute being taken over by the Government of India.
