Allotment to teh sanatan dharam sabha, new delhi, of 4.59 acres of land on the ridge adjoining the shri lakshmi narayan temple, on paymen of premium aat marker rate of Rs.1,000 per acre plus 5% annual ground rent thereon, and subject to the conditions that (I)the sabha contribute Rs.7,560/-towards the cost of draining the ravines in that area , and that the plot is used only as a garden , and not as a site for construction of buildings.
