Revaluation and fixation of maintenance grants and rent of the furniture supplied in the residence of his Majesty`s Minister, the smaller houses attached to the legation in Kabul and the Consulates at Jalalabad and Kandahar. Decision not to reduce teh rent below 12 1/2 % of Capotal cost even though the maintenance grant sanctioned for the smaller houses is less than 8%.
