Amendent of serial no. 18 in Appendix III to teh Supplementary Rules so as to limit the powers delegated to the Accountants General (other than Accountant General, Railways, and Posts and Telegraphs) to sanction increased rates of daily allowances to clerks, only in cases of clerks accompanying remittances of treasure. Removal of the words ` Auditor General`s from Column 4 against serial no 18.
