Leave salary.--Decision that no portion of the--of a Civilian Officer undergoing training with the Indian Territorial Force should be debited against Defence Estimates as that salary is calculated on the basis of his civil pay only and contians no element of ``rank pay``. Proposed amplification of Note 4 below article 183 of the Audit Code-Volume I.
