Ruling that provident fund cases can be decided in accordance with the Provident Funds Act, 1925, provided the rule of a provident fund is not in conflict with the Act. Decision to amend rule 18 of the G. P. Fund Rules in order to bring it into conformity with the Provident Funds Act, 1925, when the C. P. Fund rules are next re written.
