Decision that for the purposes of Article 543, Rule 17 (a), C. S. R., the two vacations of 21 days each allowed to the Court of Small Causes, Bombay, should be combined, and that privilege leave on full pay should be passed to Mr. Chitty, the first Judge, for such period as the total vacation actually enjoyed falls short of a month.
