Cess- Approving the rates of- proposed by the Board of Revenue to be levied inexcise salt factories in 1897-98 and issuing in excise salt factories in 1897-98 and issuing a notifications altering rule 5 of the rules framed under section 185(d) of the Madras Salt Act so as to empower the Commr. of Salt Revenue to rescribe the rates of - himself subject to a condition.
