Decision that the expression first furlough in clause (IV)(1) and (2) of Article 308 C.S.R means the first furlough with or without medical certificate of a Military Officer in his entire service, and that the term furlough in Article 302 C.S.R includes furlough on medical certificate wwhich sshould be deducted in calculating furlough due under Article 304 and 308.
