Exemption from the operation of Article 156 of the Civil Regualtions of clerks to the Inspector General of Registration and Stamps, Inspectors and their clersk, Registrars` clerks or karkuns, and clerks in the office of the Sub-Registrar of Bombay, when they are appointed to act in graded Sub-Registrarships in that Presidency.
