Grant of combined leave for six months, with effect from the 1st May 1916, to Mr. A. M. Brigstocke, I.C.S., with permission to take up war work during leave provided that his health is completely restored and the arrangement does not interfere with his return to duty in November next if the exigencies of the Department render such return necessary.---
