Proposed purchase of mature Malwa Opium during the year 1919-20. Enahncement as a temporary measure of the price paid for crude Malwa Opium of 70 degree consistency from Rs. 10 to Rs 12 to Rs. 14 and to Rs. 15 a seer, in addition to Re. 1 a seer for entirely oiless opium; and from Rs. 9 to Rs. 11 and to Rs. 15 a seer in the United Provinces- the Increase in both cases being liable to be withdrawn in any season after notice .............
