Rejection of an application for the grant of a family pension to Mussamat jagwanti, widow of the late Sepoy Jaghat Pathak, 17th Bengal Infantry, who after having been on duty for about seven months subsequent to his return from foreign service in Burma, died at Alipore from disease stated to be the result of that service.
