Intimation to the Accountant General, Punjab, that the orders contained in paragraphs 6 & 7 of the Secretary of States Despatch No. 23, dated 8th December, 1858, by which Military Pensioners of the ranks of Non-Commissioned Officers and Privates are allowed to draw their pensions in addition to the salaries attached to situations other than Military to which they may be appointed are still in force.
