Date which should be regarded as the date of appointment of the purposes of Regulations 6 and 8A of the Passage Regulations, contained in Schedule IV to the Superio Civil Services Rules, in the case of officers belonging to categories (II) and (III) mentioned in para. I of the Home Department Memorandum No. F.10/4/30-Ests., dated the 6th August 1930.
