Article 356 C.S.R.- Incidence of pensionery charges in respect of military service allowed to count for civil pension under--------- It was decided that the liability of the Defence service estimates to bear the proportionate military share of the Civil pension granted should be limited to the capitalised value of proportionate pensionary share less the amount of the discharge gratuity already paid to the man from those estimates.
