Passage--- Decision that when an officer takes a return ticket or a round the world ticket the --- should be regarded as a whole and the officers should be allowed to debit the cost of his passage account subject to the maximum admissible and that there should be not restriction to limit the cost of either half of the journey to the cost of a singgle ticket.
