Sanction to the application of the contributory Provident Fund Rules (India) to all whole time non-pensionable employees of the Central Research Institute Karanchi holding substantive i.e., permanent appointment in the suprior service of the Instituted recruited after the 1st April 1931 the date on which these rules came into force.
