Payment of the General Provident Fund balance of the late Mr. D.N. Desai to his minor sons grand father on behalf of the `minor`, under sub-para. to Rule 17(b) of the General Provident Fund Rules, without requiring the production of a guardianship certificate, provided the guardian furnishes an indemnity bond, signed by two sureties, to indemnify Government against any subsequent claim.
