Attachment orders against the G. P. Fund deposits of Messrs. J. S. Vigers and B. Gomes, Telegraphis to, Central Telegrpah office, Bombay. Decision that there deposits in the G. P. Fund would appear to be ``compulsory deposits`` within the meaning of Sec. 2(a) of Provident Fund Act, 1925, and consequently, by virtue of Sec. 3(1) of that Act not liable to attachment by any decree or order of a Court of Law as long as they remain in the fund; & that it is unmaterial whether a subscribed is entitled to a pension or any other pensionary scheme or-.
