General Provident Fund. Disposal of the ---- balance of the late Mr. Puran Chand, Sorter, R.M.S., `D` Division, Delhi. Decision to include a provision in the revised ---- Rules to set up the position whereby the deposits of a subscriber who retires from service but dies before taking payment of his money would not, as at present, be treated as part of his general estate to be disposed of in the same way as the nominees thereby being recognised.
