Secretary of State`s decision that reasons at present are not sufficient to justify the inclusion of a provision in the Government of India (High court Judges) order, 1937, to re-establish the concession of crediting the account of a High court Judge with certain period to compensate him for vacation duty, as it was contained under rule 7(b)(II) of the High Court Judge (India) Rules, 1922.
