Decision on the question as to mode of levying the Tax with reference to section 18 of Act II of 1886, on traders who come to the Central Provinces from Bombay to deal in grain at stations on the Railway line but disappear before the Tax begins to be collected. Proposal to provide for cases of this nature in a future amendment of hte Income Tax Act, 1886.
