Non-adoption of the suggestions of the Directors of the Rohilkhund and Kumaon and the Bengal and North-Western Railway Companies that the net earnings of the Companies up to 5 percent on the invested Capital may be exempted from the tax payable under Act II of 1886, in order that they may be put on an equal footing regards this tax with the shareholders of the Guaranteed Railways.
