Ruling that sums paid by way of premium to the Madras Equitable Assurance Society shall be exempt from liability to the tax under Act II of 1886, in the same manner as if they were paid to an Insurance Company in respect of an insurance or deferred annuity described in Section 5, Sub-section (1), Clause (g) of that Act.
