Inexpediency of adopting the suggestion of the Government of Bombay that a provision similar to that Part III of Schedule II of Act II of 1886 should be added to Part I (b), in order that all income from the sources named in Part I may be taxed under that Part, unless a certificate of total exemption under Section 5 (j) is produced.
