Exemption from stamp duty of certificates granted under section 259 Act VIII of 1859 by which the right, title and interest in immoveable property sold in execution of a Civil Court decree are transferred to the purchase. Remission of fees payable under the Court Fees Act 1870 in respect of copies of such certificates filed with the records of the Civil Courts.
