Appeal preferred by Messrs. Killick, Nixon & Co., Agents, Kohinoor Mills Company, Limited, Bombay, against the refusal of the Commissioner of Income Tax, Bombay, to grant a refund of Income tax claimed by the Company under section 33 of the Income Tax Act, 1886.
