Consent of H.E. the G. G. under Sec. 270(1) of the G.I. Act, 1935, to the Prosecution of B. Pestonji, driver of ADY 38 Down and K. S. R. Bose guard of the Special 205`C` E. I. Ry., under section 101 of the Indian Railways Act., 1890 and section 338 of the Indian Penal Code. Railway Board recommended to drop prosecution in view of serious delay in applying for consent. Provincial Government agreed and consent not granted.
