Propsoal of the Hon`ble the Chief Justice of the Madras H.C. for the grnat of compensation and proportionate pension to Judges of the High Court if some alteration in their conditions of service takes place under the new Constitution. Suggestion that-Judge of the High Court ought to be made removable from office only on an address presented by both Houses of the Federal Legislature.
