Grant of advances to the extent of Rs. 827,797 ot the smaller malwa states on account of the supply by them of crude opium, during the current year, and Mr. J. H. Cox authorised to make to these States, on the delivery of the opium commencing, further advances subjects to final adjustment limited to 90 per cent of the value of opium actually despatches to the opium factory Ghazipur.
