Appointment of the Hon. Mr. Justice H.A.C. Blacker ,I.C.S., at present acting as a judge of the High Court of Lahore to be a permanent judge of that court in succession to Mr. Hon. Mr. Justice Coldstrms be acting with effect in the 23rd Decemember 1937.
