Complaint by Messrs Bucknall Brothers, London against the Levy of a re-export fee of Rs. 10 Perchest ona consignment of opium Shipped from Bushire to London via Karachi . Alleged non-application of Rule 29 of the Bombay Opium rules at the Port of Aden and Proposed Modification of Rules 11 and 29 of the those rules so as to dispense with the requirement that opium intended for reexportation in the same bottom shall be packed in chests of 140 or 70 lbs.
