Refund of the differential duty on certain smooth-bore shot guns, sold by Messrs.Lyon and Lyon of Calcutta, to the Afghan Traders Haji Mirza Sultan Ali Khan and Ahmad Jan Khan, for export to Kabul.Decision that the orders issued to Messrs. Lyon and Lyon, Rodda and company, and Walter Locke and company, in January 1912 are not to be regarded as dispensing with the necessity for applying to the Government of India for a refund of the differential duty in every case of a smooth-bore shot gun purchased by these Afghan traders.
