Resolution directing that the orders which require an officer retiring at the age of 55 years to reckon his fifty fifth birthday as a working day and retire with effect from the next day should apply not only to the retirement of all civil and Military officers but also to the revision of Military and Naval officers from Civil Employ and to the grant of leave to Civil Military and Naval officers.
